您好！我的域名XXXX.net是通过XXX的袋里商YYY注册的。在2010年12月初，我多次联系YYY和XXX要求将域名解锁，并将域名转移码发送给我，但是他们始终没有满足我的要求，每次都是回复让我自行登录到控制面板操作，可是当我登录到YYY的控制面板后，只有让我操作续费的提示选项，没有其它操作选项。我始终没有点击操作续费的选项。无奈之下，我只能是向ICANN投诉。可是，当我向ICANN投诉之后，问题非但没有解决，YYY还报复性地在没有我任何授权的情况下直接对该域名操作了续费，并在没有我任何授权的情况下直接从我的信用卡当中扣取了$14.95的域名续费费用以及$24.95的域名转移服务费，同时导致我的域名无法转移。随后，我多次联系YYY和XXX投诉，但问题始终没有解决。现在我要求他们退还$14.95的域名续费费用以及$24.95的域名转移服务费，并将域名删除。或者退还$24.95的域名转移服务费，同时将域名解锁，并将域名转移码发送给我。

hello,i registered my domain xxx.net through the reseller yyy. in the early December 2010, i requested yyy to unlock my domain and send me the transfer code,but they didn't meet my needs.every time they got back to me only ask me to login in cpanel and operate by myself.but actually it was impossible to unlock my domain in cpanel because there was only the button to renew in it. i had never click the renew button. i had no other choice but to complain to ICANN.however after the complainment,YYY didn't try to solve the issue but renewed the domain and deducted $14.95 for renewal and $24.95 for domain transfer service without my authorization as revenge. later i connected YYY  many times,but the problem is still there. i order them to pay back my money then delete the domain, or return $24.95 for domain transfer service , unlock the domain and send me transfer code.
