Hello Shen,

This communication will serve as formal notification that IX Web Hosting has received written notification demanding the suspension of the hosting of your website by IX Web Hosting due to copyright infringement claims.

The written notification is in compliance with Title 17 Chapter 5 Section 512 © of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act: specifically it is signed by an authorized party; it has identified the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed and has further identified the material claimed to be infringing; it contains a statement of a good faith belief that your use is not authorized by the copyright owner; and lastly contains a statement that the information is accurate.

Accordingly, IX Web Hosting must comply with the notification and hereby informs you that it shall suspend the hosting of your website if you have not removed the content within the next 36 hours. After that time, if the offending content is not removed, your hosting plan will remain suspended until you agree to allow IX Web Hosting to remove all content under the domain, after which point you can restore your domain from a local backup after removing any content indicated in the complaint.

If you feel that you are not in violation of the copyright owned by the originating party, you may file a counter notification. Please note that if you file the notification, you will be allowed to host the content until we receive a court order stating that we must remove it; however, you are in effect taking full responsibility for the content and therefore, the originating party will seek legal counsel against you rather than IX Web Hosting if they choose to take that course of action.

To file a counter-notification:

1. List the materials that IX Web Hosting is requesting removal of and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed. Please identify the object in sufficient detail.

2. Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.

3. State that “I consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which you reside” (i.e.; New York, NY or Columbus Ohio if your address is outside of the United States).

4. State that “I will accept service of process from the person who provided notification to us of the alleged infringement or an agent of such person.”.

5. State the following: “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material identified above was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.”

6. Sign the paper (this must be a valid signature and cannot be electronic.).

Once IX Web Hosting receives either your agreement to remove the content or the counter notification, we will act accordingly to re-enable the account for compliance.

做了很多事了，他们也回复了，但是还没有开通。第1删除有问题域名的A记录（不指向IX），2承认错误回复ticket，3，主动回复ticket让他把相关域名的文件夹目录删除

这样都还没有恢复哟，问了中文客服说，能恢复
问了英文客服也说能恢复，那应该就是能恢复，但是好慢啊，，，，，，，，急。。。。。。Suspended: ToS Violation
