Thank you for contacting Online Support. In reviewing your account it appears that your hosting account was linked to an SSL Certificate that canceled from your account for failed billing attempts. Upon further review it appears that 97.74.62.62 was the dedicated IP that was assigned to your hosting account while your SSL Certificate was active. When your SSL Certificate was removed your hosting account reverted to it's assigned shared IP address.

信的内容是说：客服查了一遍的的账号。发现楼主以前有购买SSL，后来将SSL退了。所以97.74.62.62是以前SSL的独立IP.现在退了SSL，以前那个独立IP就不能用了，要转到共享IP地址。

客服意思是要楼主在虚拟空间的控制面板那里改IP地址。
