DZ推出SupeV但是DH空间装不了，如何解决？

官方给的解决办法
PHP服务器配置中(php.ini)将allow_url_fopen的值设置为On

可是不知道在DH后台哪里可以设置哪位高手知道告诉一下

我给DH发邮件他们给我的回复看不太明白
我这样写的：

tell you that it's preferred that you use CURL instead of
ALLOW_URL_FOPEN:

很容易.

如果连这个都看不懂的话 还是不要做网站了-_-

DH支持自己上传并compile 任何版本的PHP来用，你可以自己打开任何设置。
