Please pay more attention to this and remember to make backups of your account periodically.

我大致上看明白是说我的网站文件已经超过50000了  然后空间商叫我备份好网站  他们不帮我备份了   如果我还继续添加文章可以吗  他会封我的网站空间吗

他们对文件数超过5w就不会提供自动备份了，这个就需要你自己备份了，
在添加文件没有问题，不会封你的站，超过25w就会暂停你的空间了。
