在我一再要求下他们给了我新的答复请看看是不是还要我花钱还是提供其他什么资料

Hello,
I have spoken with a supervisor who says we may be able to do a server move in this case.
This may require that you update the nameservers for your domain after the move, as the new server may not use the same nameserver set that your account is currently on. This would be done at your registrar *after* we've confirmed that your account has been moved to the new server. Please advise if this is acceptable.
Please let us know if you require any of the following:
ASP - Active Server Pages Support ($2.95/month per domain or subdomain)
JSP - Java Server Pages Support ($4.95/month per domain or subdomain)
mySQL 4.0 or 4.1 or 5.x (Please confirm which you require, new servers are 5.x and all servers are being upgraded to 5.x eventually)
PHP 4 or 5
PHP exec(), system(), or dl() functions
Please let us know if you have any of the following currently:
ASP - (Provide domain(s) and/or subdomain(s) it is enabled on)
JSP - (Provide domain(s) and/or subdomain(s) it is enabled on)
Ruby on Rails - (Provide Application Name and Path; Is it fastcgi, or mod_ruby?)
Add-on domain(s) - (Provide name(s) and corresponding folder(s))
Dedicated IP - (Provide IP digits)
Mailman Mailing List(s) - (Provide name(s))
MySQL databases? - if you have these, please back up the SQL databases using the 'backup' option via cPanel. You have the option here as well to backup the full account, home directory, email aliases and filters as well. These are recommended when considering a move of the account.
Parked domain(s) - (Provide name(s))
SSL Certificate - (Provide Domain it is enabled for)
Email Defense: - (Provide domain(s) it is enabled for)
Custom Mail/MX records: (Provide them here)
Custom DNS Records: (Provide them here)
If you wish to proceed, for security purposes to confirm you are the account holder, please provide your Lunarpages account username and the last 4 digits of your credit card on record.
