Thank you for contacting Online Support. Unfortunately you are unable to automatically downgrade your hosting account to an Economy plan. In order to set your website up on an Economy plan, you would first need to save all files for your website before canceling the account. You may then set up the hosting account again, after waiting up to 24 hours for the domain name to be removed from the previous hosting account.
To Download a File from Your Hosting Account Using the Hosting Control Center's File Manager
1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. From the Products section, click Web Hosting.
3. Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.
4. In the Content section of the Hosting Control Center, click the File Manager icon.
5. Use the directory tree to navigate to the file you want to download and select the file.
6. Click the Download button. Your browser will ask what you would like to do with the file.
7. Select what you want to do with the file and click OK in the browser dialog window.
Your file will be downloaded to your computer.
Canceling your hosting account will delete all of your Web site files that you have stored on our servers. Be sure that you have copies of any files you want to keep before you cancel your account.
To Cancel Your Hosting Account:
1. Log in to your Account Manager.
2. In the My Products section, select Hosting.
3. Click the checkbox next to the hosting account you want to cancel.
4. Click the Cancel Account button above your account list.
5. In the Cancel Hosting Account section on the right, click Save Changes.
