I have contacted your reseller (Tucows affiliate) and asked them to send the
authcode that you require.

I must give them 2 business days to reply, please email me to let me know if
You do/don't hear from them.(preferably by email)
They will only send the password to the admin email contact.

To transfer your domain to another reseller, you'll have to contact a new reseller
and set up an account with them and then ask them to initiate a transfer.

The administrative email address listed on the domain's whois will have to be
valid/accessible by you, as you'll be sent an email asking whether or not you
authorize the transfer.
