As per ticket xxxxxxxx, we have explained to you that we can not allow you just to keep 4 specific IPs of the block of 32 ips that you have ordered. If you only want to use a certain 4 of those Ips you will have to keep the 32 block of IPs. If you are wanting to cancel the block of 32 Ips we can have that taken care of, but you will not be able to keep the 4 ips that you only want to use. Please let us know how you would like to proceed. Thank you

我买服务器时候选的是32个ip地址，我用不了这么多，现在要求退28个ip地址，保留4个免费的，上次我已经给sl说过这个问题了，但是我发现我的账号里面还是32个ip，没有变少，今天我问sl，我的ip为什么还是32个，而不是4个，他给我这个回复，看不大懂

帮帮忙，上面是什么意思，我要如何回复

你不能保留现有ip中的你所指定的4个，人家这段ip是捆绑销售的
