帮忙写封域名问题的英文信

就是告诉LP官方我在购买空间的时候有注册了个域名:Friendssky.com,可是无法管理,已经被别人抢注了,希望他们查下,我要重新注册个免费域名,请他们给于解决

However it still can not be managed on the control panel. I suspect it has been registered by other people.
Could you check it for me?
If so, I would like to register another new domain name.

You had previously indicated friendssky.com was not registered by you. Would you like us to change your primary domain name to mdphoto.org? Please advise, we would also adjust the domain registration fee on your account.

Please also provide us with your full postal mailing address including country for security purposes. You can only replied with the zip code to your address.

The dedicated IP will not work to resolve the blockage issue, as the server will still be blocked.

For us to assist you better, please provide us with the following information:

1.) Your geographic location
2.) Your ISP
3.) Your IP Address (can be obtained at http://www.whatismyip.com/)

A traceroute doing the following:

Windows XP/2000
1. Go to Start > Run...
2. Enter cmd and click OK.
3. At the prompt, type tracert yourdomain.com and hit enter.

Windows ME/98/98SE
1. Go to Start > Run...
2. Enter command and click OK.
3. At the prompt, type tracert yourdomain.com and hit enter.

Unix/Linux/Mac OS X
1. Open a terminal screen
2. At the prompt, type traceroute -I yourdomain.com and hit enter

An NSlookup doing the following:

Windows XP/2000
1. Go to Start > Run...
2. Enter cmd and click OK.
3. At the prompt, type nslookup yourdomain.com and hit enter.

Windows ME/98/98SE
1. Go to Start > Run...

3. At the prompt, type nslookup yourdomain.com and hit enter.

Unix/Linux/Mac OS X
1. Open a terminal screen
2. At the prompt, type nslookup yourdomain.com and hit enter

你的独立ip还没有生效，因为服务器还在被阻止了。

还有提供你的以下信息，
1，地理位置
2，互联网服务提供商
3，IP 地址

用。。。。。。下面的方法查。

Dedicated IP 67.210.101.235 was assigned to your account.

If you cannot view your site still please try the following:

1. Clear all browser cookies, cache/temporary internet files, and
history.
2. Update all bookmarks related to the domain you are attempting to
access.
3. Reload the browser.
4. Try accessing the domain(s) using http://www.megaproxy.com/freesurf/
5. You may need to run the following command as well, to clear dns
cache:

Windows 2000:
a. Go to Start > Run
b. Type: cmd [enter]
c. At the prompt type: ipconfig /dnsflush
d. Close the command prompt window.

Windows XP:
a. Go to Start > Run
b. Type: cmd [enter]
c. At the prompt type: ipconfig /flushdns
d. Close the command prompt window.

MAC:
a. Open a terminal window
b. Type: lookupd -flushcache

Windows 98/98SE/ME:
There is no dns cache flush option on these operating systems
(restarting pc may help).

If this does not help, restart your pc, and try again.

If it is still not reachable, you may need to allow up to 6 hours for
propagation time.

Ip已经分配到你的帐户。
如果你还是无法访问你的页面，按照以下步骤操作：
1.清除浏览器 cookies, 缓存，internet 临时文件和历史数据
2.更新和你域名相关的数据
3.再次打开浏览器
4.通过http://www.megaproxy.com/freesurf/ 访问域名
同时需要执行以下命令，解决DNS问题，具体请根据你的使用的操作系统参考以下步骤：
（按照提示操作就可以了）
如果问题还没有解决，重新启动电脑，再试一次。

We can change your primary domain name. Please provide the new domain name.

Is the domain registered? If it isn't, we can register a new .com, .net, .name, .ca, .co.uk, .us, .biz, .info, or .org domain for you for just $9.95 per year per domain. If you have not used your Free Domain for Life offer, there would be no charge. Note that the Free for Life Domain offer applies to annual plans only.

Next, for security purposes to confirm you are the account holder, please provide your username and the last 4 digits of your credit card on file with us.

We would also need to know the following before we can proceed with the switch:

Current primary domain - Do you wish us to remove it entirely, park it on the account for you, or have it as an addon on the account (if you want it to be an addon, we will provide instructions after we switch the domain for you)?

New primary domain - Is it currently parked on the account or an addon on the account? Has it ever been parked or an addon domain on the account? If it's parked or an addon domain, please remove this from the Parked Domains or Addon Domains area of cPanel.
