访问cpanel，出现错误提示

我发了，他们说管理员很忙，等着处理，我一看ip，晕，居然客服在印度

客服各地都有，他们不限制区域的

后来管理回复的就是美国了：Response by NickOlinek from 209.202.61.54
还说独立ip要4-7天：It generally takes between four and seven days for a dedicated IP address to be assigned.
