hm的域名绑定系统好像出问题了

以前我注册cn域名指向hm的ns服务器，不让我绑，给他们send ticket给我回信说：
HostMonster.com's current policy requires that each domain being hosted on our servers has been properly authenticated prior to being added to a hosting package. This is done in one of the following ways.
1. Current valid EPP Authorization Code. (this can be obtained by calling your current registrar)
2.  The WHOIS Registrant information is showing information that matches your customer account and billing information. (You must remove any current domain Privacy and wait 24-48 hours for it to update before contacting us back)
We apologize for any inconvenience this security measure may impose.

不给我绑定，可是我一个月前就指向它的服务器了，还说没指过去，我晕死，所以放弃了cn域名的绑定，反正cn域名便宜

改用.com域名，前两个还挺正常，可是这两天又出现了cn域名的状况，明明ns都指过去了，www.internic.net也能查到信息了，指向的时间也过了24小时了，以前5分钟就能搞定的，就是绑不上，给他们ticket，又说：
Due to a change in policy, you must either provide the the EPP code or point the nameservers to ns1.hostmonster.com and ns2.hostmonster.com for any and all domains you wish to add to your account.  Once you have acquired the EPP codes or pointed the nameservers, you should be able to add the domains through cPanel/Domains.

难道它们的系统对中国人都屏蔽吗？NND，到底怎么回事，有没有朋友遇到过同样的问题，我现在郁闷死了。

对了，我的域名是q-loan.com,在这里都能查到的http://reports.internic.net/cgi/whois?whois_nic=q-loan.com&type=domain

我截图给他们重新发ticket，音信全无了，是不是我多次提交，把我拉黑名单里了，也就提交过3，5回吧，这不算垃圾吧。

他要你提供域名的epp code，不是把你列为黑名单。
注意：提交问题，一次不要提交太多，一个一个提交，等回复了，再提交下一个
