I attempted to contact you regarding the issue at hand though we had some trouble communicating. I noticed that the file that was disabled has since been re-enabled. If the issue persists, please know that you will once again have to be suspended.

大体上应该是在说我的空间又超标了，然后他们打了电话给我，我只能回“Sorry, My English is poor!” ，接着他们又帮我激活了。

我想加一封信告诉他们，希望版主能帮忙翻译一下。

因为我的收入不多，没有多余的钱可以支付升级的费用，我会尽可能提高脚本的效率，降低CPU等硬件的使用率，再一次感谢。

I have got you phone call , although my oral english is poor, I got to know what's going on about my account from your email. Thank you very much for your help.
     I don't have the plan to order vps or dedicated host at this time, But  I will upgrade my script and  take more care of the CPU usage in the future,and won't obey your rule agains, Thanks  a lot .
