晕~跟老外沟通真困难~英文达人帮帮忙

上次发信请求他增加空间容量,他们要求提供资料,我把注册信息全发给他们,他们就帮我搞定,这次因为日志统计关闭不了,日志文件又删除不了,以到空间大量被这日志文件点用,每天以一百五十M的速度增加,真晕~搞了老半天没搞定发信请求技支持,他们要求提供资料,我把全部注册信息发过去,本以为会很快得到解决,可他们连发几封邮件说什么提供的城市不对,可明明是我注册时写的城市,真是晕~~请英文达人帮我看看是什么意思

也许那个时候他们没有审查到你的资料,但是现在看到了,他们会以为你注册的是虚假信息,所以,就有点麻烦了.

你可以发邮件跟他们说明一下,说你填写错了.然后从lunarpages主页登陆,认真修改一下自己的详细资料.就应该没事了,

这问题不大.

我除了手机号没写我自己的其它都是真实的资源,因为我觉得手机好没必要写,就是他们打过来我也听不懂
