更换数据中心求翻译（已解決問題）

您好，我在买主机的时候，数据中心是亚太地区的，速度很慢。我联系了你们的客服要求把数据中心改到美国。我按照你们的support提示重新购买了数据中心是美国的新主机。我在Account Setup的时候，提示错误:"Your domain xx.me is not available for this hosting account.Setup can not continue because this domain is being used by the following application: Hosting",但我已经取消了之前的那个主机，为什么这里会出现错误？还有我之前取消的那个主机剩下的时间请帮我加在新主机上面，这个我已经告诉你们的support，但是没人回复我，请尽快帮我解决。谢谢！

hello. i bought a vds which is located in Asia, but the speed of it was too slow. i cancelled it and bought a new one in U.S. datacentre. however, when i wanted to set up my server, it showed that domain has been used before. so i can't use this domain. would you please help me to check it out? thanks.
