恩,也算是升级吧,
we have developed the ability to run PHP4 and PHP5 on the same server
simultaneously. This will be rolled out to all users in the next couple of weeks. Some
servers already have this ability while most will see it in the next two weeks. You will
simply choose which version you would like to run in your Cpanel.


大概意思是:
他们能够使服务器同时运行php4和php5 ,这个将应用到所有用户,在以后几个星期里 有些服务器以近有了这个功能

简单来说,以后需要什么版本只要在cpanel里选者,

party organizations have decided to maintain security updates for PHP4, it is clear that
PHP5 is the way to go and its only a matter of time before everyone needs to switch
