周日通过IPS付的款,因为没收到SC的确认邮件,所以昨天发了咨询邮件给他们,今天回复了内容如下:- Hi,
- I'm sorry, we have not yet received notification of your payment. If it's been more than four business days since you sent it, it's often because the wire was not sent exactly according to the instructions provided.
- We will immediately begin trying to track this down for you as soon as you can provide us with the following information:
- Please provide us with a copy of your receipt or a screenshot of the transaction, either by FAXing it to us at 1-434-296-3187, or by scanning your receipt into a .JPG image file (if you have the capability) and and emailing that to us at:
- receipts@paybycash.com (DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL)
- This way we can go ahead and get you into the game while we continue to track your payment.

OK,我把工行网银这比款的明细截图给了他,并把当时购买时候所有截图都给了他,他们回复了,内容跟上面一样.........是不是他们看不懂中文?(网银的明细都是中文,而且上面只有ips的信息).请问我该怎么做? |
