通过IPS购买lunarpages的问题

周日通过IPS付的款,因为没收到SC的确认邮件,所以昨天发了咨询邮件给他们,今天回复了内容如下:

由于是网银没有收据一类的东西
OK,我把工行网银这比款的明细截图给了他,并把当时购买时候所有截图都给了他,他们回复了,内容跟上面一样.........是不是他们看不懂中文?(网银的明细都是中文,而且上面只有ips的信息).请问我该怎么做?

恩,人民币~ IPS那边说我的付款是成功的,并且SC那边已经给他们回复,我问他怎么回复的,他就是不说.
