哎,很烦,今晚犯了一个致命错误,将我在godaddy帐户下的主机以及域名不小心取消(我只是想取消自动续费的,谁知点cancel就是删除了)。
我买的godaddy windows DELUXE PLAN 主机,域名我自己倒是恢复好了,但hosts没有了,主机里面五六个朋友的不同域名和对应的网站文件,还有域名相关的邮箱帐号及对应的邮件。FTP现也登不上了,没法备份到文件了。
给godaddy客服发邮件请求恢复。得到回复,菜文太菜了,google翻译看的不是很明白(他的信好象说是可以花150美金恢复主机及主机下所有域名对应的网站文件数据应该就是我原来FTP下的文件(我的网站数据库都是access的,不用安装那种),还有邮箱及邮件好象说也可以恢复,(我没看明白是域名恢复好了就可以恢复邮箱还是要等主机恢复后才可以恢复邮箱及邮件,邮箱都是赠送的那种)他们好象要我回信并确认付钱,但还需要我重新先重买主机再恢复,好象还说了有关邮箱要怎么设置,恢复等)。请帮忙看看内容,我要怎么回信,我愿付150美金恢复所有数据。麻烦版主帮我看看具体的邮件的意思是不是我理解的,我要怎么回信,提供什么东西给他们,尽快恢复原FTP内文件及邮箱和邮件。

It appears that you have been able to redeem your domain names. Unfortunately, with your hosting, you would need to purchase a new hosting account and set it up again with your domain name. Regarding your canceled account, we can either refund any unused months, or credit the unused time to your new account. Please respond to this message with the option you would like to proceed with.

Unfortunately we are unable to restore canceled hosting accounts for free. In order to restore a canceled hosting account there would be a $150 fee to have our administrators restore the information from backups. Please review your computer to ensure you do not have a backup prior to requesting the restore. In order to successfully restore your hosting account we will need the following information. Note: We can only restore hosting accounts within 30 days of cancellation.
It is very important that you purchase and set up a new service, so that your content has somewhere to be restored to.
1. We need to know the date / time we should restore the information from.
2. What to restore: The entire site, a specific directory, a database, a file, etc.
3. Where to restore the information to.
4. Please clearly state that you accept the Restore fee of $150.00USD and provide us with the last 4 digits of the payment method on file that you wish for us to use for this charge.
5. Please clearly state that you accept the Terms of Service which you can review on our legal page.
6. Tell us if we have permission to OVERWRITE any existing data with recovered data? (If not, please tell us where to restore the information to.)
7. If you are going to need a database restored please specify the name of the previous database and the name of the new database where we will restore content to. Please provide permission to overwrite the content of that database.
8. Please clarify whether you would like the website statistics for your account restored.
9. Provide the domain name that is associated with the hosting account.
Please allow 7-10 business days to complete the restore.
Regarding your emails, they should restore with the same information in them as of the last backup once you have set up the email addresses again. I've included information on how to do so below.
After purchasing an email plan or receiving free email credits, you can set up custom email addresses using your domain name. After completing these steps, your new email account and address(es) should be ready to use within 90 minutes.
NOTE: To set up multiple email addresses at once for the same domain name, see Creating Multiple Email Addresses at Once.
To Set Up an Email Account
Log in to your Account Manager.
In My Products, click Email.
NOTE: If the Email option does not display in My Products, to use a free email credit, click Free Products, click Email Account List, click Use Credit, select the domain you want to use from the list on the right side of the screen, and then click Continue. The account displays as a new account in the Email Account list.
Click Setup Account for the email account you want to use. The Email Control Center displays.
If an option to add addresses or view all email plans displays, click View All to display all of your email plans.
Click Add in the plan you want to use. The Create Mailbox window displays.
On the Settings tab, enter or select the following for your new email address:
Email Address
Enter the first part of your new email address and either select a domain registered or hosted with us from the drop down list or enter a domain name that is registered elsewhere.
Set Password
Your password in Web-Based Email for this address.
Confirm Password
Confirms the password.
Space for this mailbox
The amount of storage space for this email address.
(Optional) Make this mailbox a catchall
When email is sent to the domain for an address that does not exist, it will automatically be forwarded to this address.
(Optional) On the Related Products tab you can associate this email address with other products. Select or enter any of the following to create the associations:
Calendar
Sets up this email address for your Calendar account. Specify the account to use and enter your user name and password. For more information, see Setting Up Calendar.
Online File Folder®
Sets up this email address for your Online File Folder account. Specify the account to use and enter your user name and password. For more information, see Setting Up Online File Folder.
(Optional) On the Advanced tab, optional settings can be configured for this email address. Enter or select the following to configure these options:
Send CC To
Send a copy of each email received to another address. Separate multiple addresses with commas.
SMTP Relays per day
The maximum relays that can be sent per day.
(Optional) On the Set Auto-Responder tab, you can configure an automatic reply to each email message sent to this new address. Select or enter the following:
Use Auto Responder
Activates automatic responses.
Message
The message to be sent.
From Name
The email address used to send the message. The default is this email address.
Subject
The subject of the message. The default is the incoming email subject.
Start Time
The date and time for responses to start.
End Time
The date and time for responses to stop.
Click OK to complete email address setup.

I pressed the "cancel item" of "payments & renewing item" to cancel auto-payment function. but after pressing, all my web hosts, domaina and mailbox under my account are missing. How to get back all of that? i just want to cancel the auto-payment function.
Please help me, it is very urgently!
