In order to continue with your request for cancellation, we have forwarded your inquiry to our cancellation department. Please note that your cancellation will be processed by the guidelines outlined in the terms of service. For your convenience, those guidelines will be briefly outlined, but for a full description, please refer to our terms of service.
If you are cancelling within 30 days of your initial order, your cancellation will be processed per our “30-Day Money Back Guarantee.” This means you will receive a full refund of all hosting and set-up fees. However, we will have to charge you for any free domain registration credits you utilized as they are only free for as long as you remain hosting with us. Since domains cannot be unregistered after 24 hours have passed from their initial order, you will retain ownership of these domains. If you have not utilized any free domain registration credits, you will not be charged.
If 30 days have passed since your initial order, your cancellation will be processed per our “Any-Time Money Back Guarantee.” This means that you will receive a prorated refund for the amount of time you have pre-paid for but not used. As with the 30 day guarantee, you will be charged a pro-rated charge for any free domain points you are utilizing as well as a set-up fee if you have not finished your initial billing cycle and did not pay this set-up fee at signup.

If you have any extra products (Merchant Services, SSL certificates, etc), please specify if you would like them cancelled as well.
