Hello,

On ticket #329455 I see that you requested to cancel your dedicated IP. Please confirm if you would like a dedicated IP re-assigned to your account.

I also see that on that same ticket you were unable to complete a trace to that IP address. It is possible that our server is being blocked by the Chinese Government Firewall.

If this is the case, getting a new dedicated IP will not solve the issue.

Here are options that we can suggest to resolve this issue:

Server move - We can offer a one time move to another server that currently isn't blocked (at no extra charge) however there is always a possibility of the server becoming blocked again.

Get a VPS account - VPS accounts have fewer accounts on each server so the likelihood of the server becoming blocked is less

注意：回复次数不要过多 尽量一次性的把问题都说清楚，否则你多次回复会导致我们回复你延迟，因为你多次回复会让你的ticket排在我们ticket队列的最后

他们也确实没办法了，呵呵。看来老外对GΓШ理解深刻啊
