官方价格说明上还是这样显示：
On the Virtual Privates Server plan you have the following payment options:
12months @ 39.95 per month with free setup!
Otherwise the plan runs $44.95 per month with a $30.00 setup fee
Please note, setup fees and domain registrations are non-refundable.

实际购买测试的情况是：
买1年以上，每月39.95美金，无设置费
其他的，每月44.95美金，再加30美金设置费
