无法删除域名了

有一个域名被百度K了，现在想把他删除，但现在不能操作，错误提示如下：

Addon Domain Maintenance

Addon Domain Removal

Error from park wrapper: Sorry, you do not control the domain bu***an.cn Sorry, the subdomain buckslian cannot be removed because it is linked to the addon domain bu***an.cn. You must first remove the addon domain.

现在是不是必须联系客服了？
