我写信过去要账号信息，只给了我一个Tickets 登录账号

If you have paid using Stratocash it may take more than a day to activate the account. the acocunt cannot be activated until the funds have been transferred to Lunarpages. As soon as our sales team can coordinate with their staff they will initiate the process to activate the account. Please note, we generally phone to activate accounts weekdays from 6am PST – 8pm PST.
