We do not offer cPanel on our VPS. We have found that cPanel is to resource intensive for the VPS and it causes the VPS to become unavailable until it can again use resources.

We use the Plesk control panel on our VPS accounts. We offer the following for Plesk;

The Plesk 10 domain license is $0 setup and $10 per month for up to 10 accounts.
For other licenses:

$10 install
30 domains - $18/month
100 domains - $25/month
Unlimited domains - $35/month

Language Pack - $6/month
Power Pack - $15/month

As the shared account uses cPanel, there is no easy way to transfer the accounts automatically. The cheapest and easiest way would be to upload your content from your local development environment to the new VPS.

If you would rather stay with cPanel, I'd recommend a dedicated plan 1 server. You can easily run cPanel on our dedicated servers. AS we could install cPanel, we would be able to easily transfer the shared account to the new dedicated server. You can find the details of our dedicated servers here;

Another advantage of going with a dedicated server is that they are easily upgraded. FOr example if you need more storage space, or additional RAM. Our VPS accounts are fixed at 20GB of storage space and 512MB of ram.
