求翻译一个问题（已解決問題）

我购买了一个godaddy空间，并设置了主域名和ssl
然后几小时后，账户给封，并强制退款
之后又新买了一个新的godaddy主机账户
新主机设置了原来的主域名后就无法绑定ssl了，现在连主域名也无法更换（新ssl未启用，因为一设置就说那个主域名已经安装过ssl）
版主可以代为写一个英文联系信吗

Hello,

I purchased a hosting and set up a ssl for my primary domain.
but after several hours, my account was suspended and i got your refund.
then i have got to repurchase a new one. however, the ssl was unable to set up for my current primary domain that i used before. (it shows that my primary domain has already installed the ssl)
would you please help me to check it out?
