是不是HM所有服务器都被封了，不是的话我就买独立IP了

肯定不是啦，而且独立ip一般都没问题的，和服务器封不封关系不大

找support就可以，不归sales管，如果是paypal付款可能需要联系billing

就是服务器封了，你买独立IP，照样没问题的
