盗号者盗走我的163邮箱又通过163盗走gmail邮箱，现在二者都已经找回

在gmail邮箱看到godaddy的来信，内容如下，域名解析被恶意停止，请教各位大大怎么能解封，PIN码忘了，急死了，哪位大大懂的教一下，鞠躬先
