求翻译 独立IP不能访问（已解決問題）

这是绑主机自带的共享的IP xx.xx.xx.xx "xx.com"指向这IP能访问 能ping FTP也能登录
这是绑主机的独立IP xx.xx.xx.xx "xxx.com"指向这IP不能访问 ping不通 FTP也不能登录
请帮我查查是什么问题!

hello,
there's something wrong with my dedicated(独立) IP xx.x..x.x., both FTP and PING are disconnected, the domain which points here, is also unable to visit.
but on the other hand, my shared(共享) IP xxx.xx.x.x is normal, could u pls help me to check it out?
