Hello,

Based on your traceroute, this appears that the data is not leaving your local computer system. Generally, when blocked by GFoC, there will be 3 or 4 hops that will show, then it will timeout after the ISPs servers. Are you using any software such as Norton Antivirus, or any firewall solutions? Can you provide a traceroute taken when yoru antivirus and firewall are turned off?

If it appears your site and our server IP may be blocked by the Firewall of China, we can not just change the IP address of the server, as this is a shared IP address that is shared by other sites on the same server.

Here are options that we can suggest to resolve this issue:

Server move - We can offer a one time move to another server at no charge, that currently isn't blocked, however there is always a possibility of the server becoming blocked again.

Get a VPS account - VPS accounts have fewer accounts on each server so the likelihood of the server becoming blocked is less

2. Enter cmd and click OK.
3. At the prompt, type tracert yourdomainname and hit enter.

To copy the traceroute or any data from command prompt:

Right click the blue area of the command prompt window> move cursor to edit>
left click mark> hold shift key and then hold left mouse button and drag
cursor over all of the text in the window until all is highlighted in white.
Right click blue area of the command prompt window > move cursor to edit>
left click copy.

Unix/Linux/Mac OS X
1. Open a terminal screen
2. At the prompt, type traceroute -I yourdomain.com and hit enter
