If not , that means Bellona has been blocked by China Government.

Now I'm sure the erver IP is blocked by Firewall of China.You can view my attachments(test report from Beijing and Shanghai).
Please move my site to another server.

Cunina is blocked.
Decima and Nona are not blocked .
Decima(161ms) is faster than Nona(191ms). Tested  from Shanghai.
They have equal speed from Beijing (315ms).

I can not get the traceroute info by myself because I'm not living in China.
I got some trace information from a online route trace service website.

Can you please verify you are the account owner by confirming the last 4 digits of your credit card.

Or

first and last letters of password, postal mailing address, and phone number.

Once verified we can submit this account for a server move.
