Godaddy进入Your Files提示错误（已解決問題）

申请GOdaddy免费空间后，进入空间管理，在点击“Your Files”，
出现错误提示：

Invalid account home

Please try again in a few minutes. If the problem persists, please contact support.

但似乎遇到这问题的朋友很少，所以只能求助于godaddy的客服了。但本文不懂英文，请各位帮帮忙，该怎么描述好呢？
