已经联系客服解决了，确实是超CPU了，下次再超就要删除账户了，唉

没有什么比较有效的，只有你预先做好这个方面的工作，例如不要开启网站占用cpu的功能，不要安装占用cpu插件等。

我试过论坛日ip达到3000多还可以支撑
