Support Staff Response
Dear Zhang Yuneng,
Thank you for taking time to contact Online Support. I apologize for any inconvenience or confusion. Unfortunately, as the hosting account has already been refunded to you, we are not able to setup a new account. I would advise upgrading the account you currently have active to a paid-for plan if that is what you wish. You can upgrade or downgrade your hosting plan(s) from within your customer account.
To upgrade or downgrade your hosting:
First, log into your account:
• Go to the Go Daddy Account Login Page
• Log in using your account username (which may be the same as your customer number) and password
If you have trouble logging in, our password reset form may help you. You can find this form through the following link:
Account Retrieval Page
Once logged in, follow these steps:
• Select Web Hosting & Databases from the Hosting & Email menu at the top of the page.
• Click the hosting plan you wish to upgrade or downgrade.
• Click Upgrade/Downgrade Hosting Account.
• Select the new hosting account type you wish to have.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process.
NOTE: If you are upgrading to a hosting plan that has a higher monthly cost than the one you are currently using, you will be charged the difference in price between what you have already paid and the cost of the new type of hosting purchased for the same period of time. If you downgrade to a hosting plan that has a lower monthly cost, the hosting plan will be extended by the number of months that could be purchased using the difference in cost.
Please let us know if we can assist you in any other way.
Regards,
Dave
