您好：
   邮于服务器更换，我一直无法使用控制面板，现在服务器更换完毕，现在的空间里文件夹还是存在的，但是里面的文件都丢失了。
因为里面有很多重要文件，如果丢失的话，我的损失会很大。麻烦帮忙查看一下，到底是什么原因。万分感谢！！

Hello,
due to the server's change i can't use my control panel continuously.
now, the server has already changed, but all the folders in my root directory are empty, all of my files in the folders are disappeared.
there're many important files, i'll lose seriously if they disappear. pls help me to check it out, thanks
