3. At the prompt, type tracert yourdomain.com and hit enter.

Unix/Linux/Mac OS X
1. Open a terminal screen
2. At the prompt, type traceroute -I yourdomain.com and hit enter

并给他提供一份路由标，运行-》cmd——》输入 tracert xxx.com就可以获得

可见没有被封IP
是不是服务器过载了？
如果是的话，那么直接告诉客服是就可以了，他会把超标的帐户转移的。
