与live chat 的Roman Malichenko 聊,给我了一堆准备好了的答案,看来总有人问这个问题了,说是防止发垃圾邮件的。
发邮件之前先用pop登录邮件服务器即可。即 “pop before stmp”。
Roman Malichenko: The reason why you get the error message: “sorry, that domain is not allowed to be relayed through this MTA” when trying to send email can be explained easily.
Roman Malichenko: On our servers, we have server-side anti-spamming protection installed. This protection is called “POP-before-SMTP” and is for the benefit of your service. Due to this protection, it will not be possible for a spammer to use your mailserver to relay their illegal advertisements.
Roman Malichenko: You may wish to know how you can still use the SMTP service that comes with your account. For still using SMTP (=sending emails), you first have to login to your email server via POP. Now this might sound very sophisticated, however all that means is you simply “check your mailbox” if you have received new emails. Then for a certain period of time you can relay emails with your mailserver - or, in other words, send emails.
Roman Malichenko: To get rid of this problem permanently please set up your email client to check for incoming mails every 5 minutes.
Roman Malichenko: As soon as you receive the same error message - simply login again to your mailserver (check your mailbox for new emails) and you will be able to send again. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. |
