第一次买域名,不小心checkout了 backorder, 花了99.9美元, 后来发现不对,就和客服联系,然后根据指示在Domain Nabber Management 做了cancel, 到这里以后钱就回不来了,说成了 account credit ( 大概的意思就是: 钱放在name.com里,可以消费).
我的问题是:
怎样把这钱弄回来? 折腾了好几天,信也写了不少.

Thank you for contacting Name.com and we apologize for any delays. Both refunds have already been issued to your account credit. We see that you have already started using the credit. Please let us know if you haven any further questions and thank you for choosing Name.com!
9月1号的回信:
Thanks for contacting Name.com support concerning your inquiry.
When you email Name.com support with a support request, our system will create a Case order #, our system then automatically responds to you with this new case # so you may have a reference to your support request.
In regards to your question concerning receiving the account credit back to your paypal account, unfortunately this cannot be granted as you have used the account credit listed.
