添加不上域名是怎么回事？

可能偶英文烂的原因，与客服交接十多回合还是没甚反应，哈哈

你直接说:When I add my domain newadd.com to my account ,it says "Error from park wrapper: newadd.com is owned by another user."Please help me to add newadd.com to my account .Thank you

If the domain has existed on any account on any server as a parked/primary or add on domain, this error will ALWAYS occur.

What happens, is when the domain is for example, parked on an account, it creates a DNS entry for the domain on our nameserver. Even if you remove the domain via cpanel, the DNS entry still remains. As a result, when you park the domain again, or try to create it as an add on, this WILL happen.

When you purchase an add on domain, if the domain has existed on any account on our servers, we will need to delete the DNS entries before you go through the frustration of enabling an add on domain or parking the domain again.

是不是他们NS存在问题，只要一添加他是不是就增加一条记录，然后在面板中删除，他记录还存在。如果是之前他们的NS上已存在的话我第一次就不会添加成功。

不过总算搞好一个米了，另外一个还有同样的问题，问的我快奔溃了，以后出问题了再问吧。

正常情况下删除域名dns记录是一起删除的

你不需要他们原因就直接让他们添加域名就可以了
