前几日在name.com 注册一个大盘国外名人的点Name域名 xxxxx.name,状态是可以注册，但是付费时候却提示订单不成功。我给name.com客服写了mail，他们的答复：

Thank you for contacting Name.com. It appears that the domain xxxxx.name is unable to be registered due to the name belonging to a trademarked brand. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this. If the system allowed you to register the domain, you would most like have been contacted by attorneys representing XXXXX and her trademark issues.

Thank you for choosing Name.com! Please keep in mind that you are never charged for afield transactions.

我想问的是name.com是对.name本身有品牌意识的保护？还是name域名就有个这样的规定？查了下这方面的新闻，好像之前有抢注国内名人.name域名的案例呀
能不能介绍其它的可以注册.name的域名商？godaddy好像不能注册。万网可以，但不喜欢国内注册商。

国外和国内是两码事。
国内的不重视这些。
国内的你随便注册。

你注册了拿来干嘛？卖？建站？
国外对侵权很重视
而且name.com的系统已经提示了 the name belonging to a trademarked brand.

侵权的域名，如果官方忽视你，你可以继续用，别人随时想收回都可以。
