我购买空间付款成功后，清空了购物车，现在还是没有开通我的产品。我在版主的提示下写了email
我是这样发的：please refund me the order ,because  I emptied the shopcart after paid by Alipay .

今天中午他回的：这说的是什么意思，请问我现在怎么办

Upon review of your account, we see that we were not able to process your cart once we received the money from Alipay. We have since refunded any funds received from Alipay. Please note that it may take 5-7 days for the returned funds to be reflected in your Alipay account. If you would still like these services, you will need to process your order again.
