求助免费主机不能使用wordpress

请教下是主机的问题，还是我哪里设置不对了？
我有申请2个免费主机，另一个地址是http://74.86.196.121/wordpress/，这个就正常。
网上说可能是.htaccess文件的问题，但是我查看了下，2个建立的.htaccess文件完全一样，都是空的。

修改一下你的文件夹权限为755试试，也可以到hostmonster版块去找一下我对500错误的总结和解决办法总结。
