godaddy账号被lock，如何解封

godaddy域名注册成功后，账号被锁了。当时写的是美国的地址，地址和电话是伪造的，今天一登陆发现账号被锁了。我其他账号没事啊。
请问要如何操作啊才能解封啊？ 要上传自己的身份证吗？那我写的美国地址会不会有问题啊？
