我的独立IP是跟主机一起购买的,独立IP是退掉了,可是他没有退款给我,我现在要他把钱退还给我,我当时是用信用卡付的钱,我现在要他把钱退到我的paypal账户,要怎么回信啊.
下面是他们给我的邮件:

他应该把款推给你了,你查查你的卡。
