主要是下面的几点需要能人帮忙翻译一下：
1.在goaddy空间上面的所有网站文件包都中毒了，希望你们官方可以帮忙杀毒；
2.在空间上面的网站可读及可写的权限每隔一段时间就会被封掉，我想知道一般这个权限多久要重新设置一次，或是能通过其他方法让这2个权限一直开着；
3.最近在空间上面有很多网站都打不开，能否帮忙检查一下，说明一下原因；
4.最近空间上面总是中毒，你们官方能否帮忙定期杀毒，或是有其他方法控制一下。
