IX的中文客服跟我说英语……据客服的意思说他们遭遇了DDOS

我英语很烂，但今天不幸遇到了说英语的中文客服，于是:

Sergey Beletskiy: Thank you for coming, my name is Sergey. How may I help you?

you: 为什么现在中国地区访问在IX web hosting服务器上的网站都很慢或者无法访问？现在ping掉包掉得太厉害了！很不稳定，请问你们有没有什么办法解决？

问完这句后我跑了一趟医院看正在输液的老婆大人，大概十多分钟左右，然后回来继续：

Sergey Beletskiy: Could you please provide the domain name?
you: now i can connect my site
Sergey Beletskiy: Maybe the problem was caused by DDOS attack we have suffered with
Sergey Beletskiy: But now it has been already filtered by our administrators
you: In the recent past, access speed is very slowly in China, what a pity!
Sergey Beletskiy: Sir is it working fine now?
you: yes. it is fine now
you: but....
Sergey Beletskiy: Sir slowness was caused by DDOS attack but  our administrators have already fixed the problem
you: unstable. I hope you can improve it, thanks!
Sergey Beletskiy: Sir we hope that this problem will not happens again
you: now i have not the other problem yet. thanks you! ：）

我是在中文站那里进去的啊，明明图标上说的是中文客服嘛。我还真想问他们中文客服是不是，但不知道用英文怎么表述，谷歌的翻译实在太烂，跟我的英文水平一样

你可以让他把你转到中文客服..
