I recommend that this account be upgraded to a VPS or dedicated server as it is receiving too much traffic for a shared environment. The amount of traffic is effecting the server load.

Hello,

Please let us know if you wish to upgrade to a VPS package. We will apply any pre payments that you have made towards the VPS. However just an FYI our VPS packages are unmanaged so there is no support other then reboots.

But here is the issue your account has out grown shared web hosting your using up to much of the servers resources on just your website. And we cannot have that as its affecting other clients.

Please reply back with if you wish to get a backup and go elsewhere or you wish to upgrade to a vps package.
