这些要如何写,我使用的是支付宝,好象没有支付宝类,还要写后四位字,不知是什么意思?

信用卡可选的类型有4个
第一个  VISA
第二个  mastercard
第三个  discover
第四个  AMEX
支付宝退款要选择哪一个啊?
还有信用卡的最后四位填什么?
哪位老大知道

我就没填但是客服给我发邮件叫我填全
