我以中国联通宽带ip120.86.136.65访问，
我购买的贵公司网站www.4788.cn不能访问，
购买的独立IP64.50.161.183，
请帮忙查找原因。

能否用你的网通测试www.4788.cn，IP64.50.161.183，是否ping的通。
我的网通访问不了，电信可以访问。

Hello,

I have looked over this issue and would like to inform you that your account resides on a server that appears to have been blocked by the Great Firewall of China. Since this is the case I have performed a few test from inside china and outside china and have found that the site only appears to be effected in one out of four test areas.

Shanghai, China: website connected successfully
Beijing, China: website failed, results are blocked.
Guangzhou, China: website connected successfully
Hong Kong, China: website connected successfully

Since the server itself is being blocked adding a Dedicated IP address will not effect the loading of the site from your location. When the GFoC blocks a site or in this case a server, it will effect all customers on that server based on the PTR record that shows the server name. In order to move around this block we would need to move your account to another server. This move would be free of charge and I have already tested another server however would like to get you to test this server out as well. this would be done to verify that you are able to access the server without being blocked by the GFoC.

Please perform the following: (the new server of maimom.lunarbreeze.com should be currently unblocked in your province as all test have shown positive results.) Once the following tests have been completed will will be able to proceed with the move if this is so approved by you in order to work around the GFoC block.
