数据问题

今天打开网站 出现这么一句话  Mymps info:Can not connect to MySQL
然后去看CONFIG 的文件 密码 名字都是正确的。
想修改MySQL的密码 也修改不了 提示：

想重新建立个数据库Add New Database  提示：

Error: Connection to the database server has failed because of network problems:

Try to establish connection failed


请问，这个应该是怎么回事？
