麻烦哪位兄弟帮忙翻译一封申诉信,拜托了,耽误您几分钟!!

内容如下:


尊敬的GODADDY:

你好,我是一名中国人,英语水平很差,之前我给你们的邮件都是我自己翻着英汉词典写的,但是这一封邮件是我请人帮我代写的。

在6月27日,贵司从我的信用卡中扣除了$6.99,当时的订单号是:Receipt#: 251172453 。于是我给你们写了一份邮件,如下(Incident ID:9329091):

hello

i'm a chinese,i'm not know english

i do not know why, my account buy "Receipt#: 251172453 "??

please return my $6.99 !!

之后,你们给我回了一份邮件,如下:

First, log into your customer account:

Go to our homepage.
Log in at the top of the page using your account username (which may be the same as your customer number) and password.

If you have trouble logging in, our Account Retrieval System may help you. You can use this to retrieve your customer number and/or reset your customer account password. You can find this system by selecting 'Click Here' next to 'Forgot Your Password?' on the 'My Account' login page.

Once logged in, follow the steps below to cancel:

Select 'Payments and Renewing Items' from the 'My Renewals & Upgrades' menu.
Check the box next to the item(s) you would like to cancel and click on the 'Cancel Item' button.
Select 'Cancel Now' in the menu that appears to the right.
Click on 'Save Changes'.

Thank you for contacting online support, The domains you requested have been canceled prior to expiration.  You may activate them at no charge, below is information on how to proceed with this process.  Please note that when reactivating, if you do not wish to additionally renew the domain names, select "no years".


You can recover expired top-level domain names (TLDs) during the grace period and the Registry Redemption period. You may be required to pay a fee for the domain name recovery.



To Recover Expired Domain Names




Log in to your Account Manager.

In the My Products section, click Domain Manager.

TIP: If the Domain Manager is not listed in My Products, click Home, and then from the Domains menu on our landing page, click Manage Now in the Manage My Domains section.




From the Domains menu, select Recover Expired Domains.

Select the domain names you want to recover.

Click Recover.

Select the renewal length for the domain name, and then click Next.

NOTE: Renewal lengths for multiple domain names can vary depending on maximum renewal lengths allowed by the domain name registry.




(Optional) Select the registration and website options you want to apply to your domain name renewals.

Click Next, and complete the checkout process.

But I can not find my domain,

It's show"You do not have any domains. Click here for more information."

How can I do?

We can renew those domains for you if the state the following:

That you agree to pay $89.53 for the domain renewals
That you agree to the Universal Terms of Service
Provide the last 4 digits of the payment method on file that you want to use

我觉得很委屈,因为我之前一再说明自己是一个中国人,不懂英语。在中国,如果有任何误操作,都是可以申请返回的。为什么尊贵的GODADDY不能免费返回一个不懂英语的人的误操作?我恳请贵司能理解一个不懂英语的人的苦衷,免费退还我的所有域名!!
另外,我代表数百万中国网站站长,强烈建议贵司尽快提供中文版网站!!

主要还是您误解了他们第一封邮件的意思
第一封邮件的意思是
您在购买产品5日内删除产品,则可以申请退款。。
然后您把所有域名都选了删除。
。。。
现在比较困难了

我按您的意思翻译一下:

Hello,
sorry for my inconvenience, but i don't speak english at all.  so, i misconceived your reply and cancelled all of my active domains mistakenly. In chinese, all of the mistaken operates can be recovered simply, i sincerely request you for understanding my embarrassment and returning my domains.
at last, i just would like to represent all of chinese users to suggest you offering chinese language on godaddy.com.
